As We Racing Towards a Cashless Society. How Do We Bridge the Divide?
With the development of technology, society as a whole is moving towards a more intelligent society, and the move towards a cashless society is inevitable, The whole world is responding strongly to the mass upwelling of public outrage at the cashless society policies – from the school strikes to street protests. But we have to know that no matter how many forms of anti-cashless activities there are, we can not really stop the shift towards digital, more advanced, convenient ways of making transactions, so there is no need for us to explore the right and wrong of a cashless society in this situation, but rather to find more effective ways to promote it.

A Need To Know Guide is a guide for the elderly on using digital payments in a cashless society, conveying relatively dry and abstract financial literacy knowledge. So I believe that having a little fun should be taken seriously.
I explored a huge range of formats, with the ultimate goal of making sure it was incredibly simple and refreshingly useful. Stripping away all complex illustrations and typography.
After the first draft was completed I started researching among my target audience to see if the jokes were funny from their point of view, as well as researching the style and content of the comic, and finally making changes based on everyone's comments and what they found unclear in the comic. There was a lot of communication and revision, and the comics shown on the right are two examples that have been modified based on the feedback from them.
